Once upon a time, Jesus and his twelve disciples were gathered together in an upper room in Jerusalem. It was the night before Jesus was to be crucified, and he wanted to share one last meal with his closest friends. This meal was known as the Last Supper.

Jesus and his disciples sat around a large table, and Jesus began to speak. He said, “Tonight, I want to share something special with you. I want to share a meal with you that will be remembered forever.”

The disciples were filled with joy and anticipation. They had no idea what Jesus was about to do. Jesus then took a loaf of bread and broke it into pieces. He said, “This is my body, which is broken for you. Whenever you eat this bread, remember me.”

Next, Jesus took a cup of wine and said, “This is my blood, which is shed for you. Whenever you drink this wine, remember me.”

The disciples were filled with awe and reverence. They knew that Jesus was speaking of his death and resurrection. They knew that this meal was special and that it would be remembered forever.

After the meal, Jesus and his disciples went out into the garden of Gethsemane. Jesus prayed to God and asked for strength to face the coming days. He knew that he would soon be betrayed and crucified.

The disciples were filled with sadness and grief. They had no idea what was about to happen. They had no idea that Jesus would soon be taken away from them.

The Last Supper was a special meal that Jesus shared with his disciples. It was a meal of love and remembrance. It was a meal that would be remembered forever.

The moral of this story is that Jesus loves us so much that he was willing to give his life for us. He showed us the ultimate act of love and sacrifice. We should always remember Jesus and the Last Supper, and strive to show the same kind of love and sacrifice to others.
